Yes. Our operators answer calls day and night, 365 days a year. Emergency jobs are prioritised.
We cover all of Greater London—Central, North, East, South, and West—every borough plus nearby counties. Examples in London: Westminster, City of London, Camden, Islington, Kensington & Chelsea, Hammersmith & Fulham, Brent, Ealing, Hounslow, Richmond upon Thames, Hillingdon, Harrow, Barnet, Enfield, Haringey, Waltham Forest, Hackney, Tower Hamlets, Newham, Redbridge, Barking & Dagenham, Havering, Southwark, Lambeth, Wandsworth, Merton, Sutton, Croydon, Bromley, Lewisham, Greenwich, Bexley, Kingston upon Thames.
We also serve Kent (e.g., Dartford, Bexleyheath, Orpington, Sevenoaks, Swanley, Gravesend, Medway), and many other UK areas on request (including parts of Surrey, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Berkshire). If you’re just outside these areas, contact us—we can usually arrange a same-day or next-day visit.
For emergencies we typically aim for ~60 minutes, depending on traffic, distance, and availability.
Yes. We dispatch mobile, certified engineers across Cities and surrounding areas—no walk-in office required.
We confirm the call-out and hourly rate up front. After an on-site diagnosis, we provide a clear, itemised quote for parts and labour before any work begins. We can’t confirm the exact total until we’ve inspected the fault, because each job’s scope, access, required parts and time can vary. No work starts without your approval.
We can give a guide estimate from your description (and photos/video), but we can’t confirm an exact total until an engineer inspects the fault on site. Before attendance we’ll confirm the call-out and hourly/minimum charge. Once on site, you’ll get a clear, itemised fixed quote for parts and labour, and we only proceed with your approval. For straightforward jobs (e.g., a like-for-like tap swap with photos), we may agree a fixed price in advance, subject to access and parts availability.
Yes—Gas Safe for gas work, qualified electricians (e.g., NICEIC/NAPIT), and fully certified for all services.
Turn off the stop tap (usually under the sink or where the main enters), isolate power near the leak if safe, and place a container/towels to minimise damage.
In most cases yes; our vans carry common parts. If a special part is needed, we’ll make it safe and return promptly.
