We can’t confirm the exact total until we’ve inspected the fault, because each job’s scope, access, required parts and time can vary. No work starts without your approval.

Can I get an exact quote before you arrive?

We can give a guide estimate from your description (and photos/video), but we can’t confirm an exact total until an engineer inspects the fault on site. Before attendance we’ll confirm the call-out and hourly/minimum charge. Once on site, you’ll get a clear, itemised fixed quote for parts and labour, and we only proceed with your approval. For straightforward jobs (e.g., a like-for-like tap swap with photos), we may agree a fixed price in advance, subject to access and parts availability.
