How Our Pricing Works
- Hourly labour is charged with a one-hour minimum, then billed in 30-minute increments
- If we supply materials, a 25% trade handling margin applies
- Collection/delivery, specialist reports, and written estimates may be chargeable where applicable
- Invoices include a full breakdown, showing:
- Labour costs
- Start and completion times
- Parts and materials used
- Any additional charges
- All prices exclude VAT
- Payment is due in full upon invoice

Do you charge call-out or emergency fees?
No. We do not add inflated emergency or call-out fees. You only pay the applicable hourly rate based on the time and service required.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. All hourly work has a one-hour minimum charge, after which time is billed in half-hour increments.
Are parts and materials included in the labour rate?
No. Parts and materials are charged separately. If we supply them, a 25% trade handling margin is applied to cover sourcing and warranty handling.
Will I receive a detailed invoice?
Absolutely. Every invoice includes a full cost breakdown, including labour time, parts used, and all charges—no vague totals or hidden extras.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be clearly shown on your invoice.
